**To modify a global DB cluster**

The following ``modify-global-cluster`` example enables deletion protection for an Aurora MySQL-compatible global DB cluster. ::

    aws rds modify-global-cluster \
        --global-cluster-identifier myglobalcluster \
        --deletion-protection
